Payment Terms:
To complete your booking with Friends Wonderlust, a 20% advance payment is required. After we provide the hotel confirmation voucher, an additional 30% must be paid. The remaining 50% can be paid upon arrival at your destination. Please be aware that airfare and train fare require full payment at the time of booking.
Refund Policy:
Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure a seamless travel experience. All hotel bookings depend on availability, and additional charges may apply for upgraded room categories. Rates are non-commissionable and may change without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations follow the respective hotel or company policies, and government taxes apply. Please note that no refunds are issued for situations beyond our control, including adverse weather or political issues.

Hotel rooms, train seats, and airfare are confirmed based on availability at the time of booking. Reservations are considered final only after receiving 100% payment prior to the start of the trip.
